Photoshop help

It's actually for Jeff. He has these 2 photos from his motorcycle club, but the dummy has a cigarette in his mouth in both. Anyone good enough to get rid of the smoke? Darin? PLEASE? :)

I would really appreciate if anyone could do anything with this, smoking isn't against the rules but we are a Christian Ministry and it certainly doesn't look good and as VP I need to send positive vibes. Smoking is a terrible dirty habit one I wish I could put down but it becomes so much a part of everyday life I honestly forgot I even had the cigarette in my mouth until I got home, A friend had taken the pictures On his Phone instead of mine so when he sent them to me I couldn't even get them posted here ( do to the size I believe ) that is why I sent them on to Jim.

We post the pictures on FB and the Heaven Saints pages to welcome the new member, so it is important that I get it right. The top picture with me looking forward is the one I like and would like to post but I have sent both in case one was easier than the other.

Thank you to anyone that can do anything with it, Jim tells me Darin is a whiz with these things so if you can help me out I would greatly appreciate it.

It'd be better to work on an original file but here's a quick fix that should be fine for sending via the WWW.

Thank you Red I really appreciate ya, and yes I lost quite a bit over this past winter I had gotten sick, as far as height I am short but Dave the guy with me is really tall, I am guessing at least 6'2" or better.

Well, I figured that guy to your left for at least 6'4". Kinda thought we (U & I) were the same (height and weight) (6'2" / 280+). Just goes to show how differently we see others or hear others on the radio. That profile photo of you makes you look like a big ole cornbread fed country boy.

I asked a friend tonight Dave is 6'5" , he didn't seem that tall until I saw the picture :laugh:
