If you have to ask , then you wouldn't understand the answer nor would you ever accept it!
"Truth shall set you free" is a great proverb but in your case the blindness and chains must first be removed before it could ever penetrate IMHO.-Tyr

Simply admitting reality--the truth - is not giving up.
Giving up sometimes is cloaked in rabid denial of reality!
