For that to be effective, it'd have to be in an area that has little crime and such to begin with.........SAY, THE GOOD OLE BOY PART OF THE SOUTH. But to be perfectly honest, bad folks know to tread lightly in RED zones of our Nation even when there are no indications of blood, guns or dogs (OR 4X4'S). HA!!! It is simply common knowledge that the folks in RED zones consist of REAL AMERICANS (the likes of which liberated us from King George) and like our founders; don't take crap off of nobody.

Anywhere else and the B.O./Holder anti-freedom gang would jump all over them and they'd be ran out (which is why crime, perversions and loss of freedom is so the more prevalent in liberal areas).
