This is disturbing to say the least, 26 people killed in the last four years. One family sued and won against the police after there son was killed, they won 6 million but yet not one officer has been charged let alone convicted. They interview the judge who relies on police reports even though this video starts off with a showing the police shooting a homeless man in the back, seems she could of watched the video.
Albuquerque, New Mexico (CNN) -- Albuquerque police shot a homeless man in the back and killed him, and it was all caught on gruesome detail in a police video.
It is just one more in a long line of police killings that has the city's Police Department on the verge of federal oversight.
