The operator. A TRUSTED SOUL. Forgets to take his meds, and sits with his/her JOYSTICK, waiting to sound like RED SKELTON's HEATHCLIFF (The pigeon) from his old show that squeezes a BIRD TURD off saying "THIS ONE'S ON THE HOUSE". I tried to find it on Youtube, but was unable.

No matter. But since Obama loves to use drones so much. He should beware of testing their accuracy too!
