This is a fascinating story, with far-reaching implications. Ultimately, truth is a defense to libel and slander, so it should wash in the end. But in the meantime, reputations and jobs are at stake. Personally, I am very hesitant to give negative reviews to any product or service. We are Angie's List members, and so far I have only given good reviews there. I always think about the people who are behind it, and how it is their livelihood I am messing with.

If you have something negative to say, say it to the business. Give them the opportunity to fix the issue first. If they refuse or dismiss than you take it a step further. Always start with the company first!!!!!!!
