U.S. Airways makes historically bad PR blunder

Perhaps frustrated by a twitter exchange with an upset customer, U.S. Airways posted an image on its twitter feed that was more appropriate for a porn site. And then left it up for longer than you might think.

So basically, you're hiding behind an excuse, and have no intention of acting better than her. In essence, you have managed to actually justify her own trolling, as she can point back to this very thread now, to keep the chain going.

Her actions and behaviors are irrelevant to your actions and behaviors, so regardless of which person started, it is your reaction that is under your control.
