So who is worse, one who spray paints on the walls of private property, or the person who spray paints on top of the other spray paint?
There is a "famous" person who goes around vandalizing buildings by the name of "Banksy". And yeah, his spray painting looks pretty damn good. But even the police admit that while it may be good, he's still vandalizing the property. Nonetheless, he has gotten famous for his spray painting in major cities.
So now comes along a guy who obviously doesn't like him. He in turn spray paints over the top of the other spray paint.
Both guys illegally spray painted on private property. Only the second guy has been charged with 2 felony counts and also ordered to stay clear of any Banksy vandalism.
