I saw no indication this was an officially recognised wedding. It looked to me like she was having fun if a little kooky.

Still, now the Gay Marriage thing has gained traction, marriage rights for animals is next.

I agree with most of what's already been expressed.

In my society, we have our CONSERVATIVES supporting gay marriage !! Starting with David Cameron. So in a society with standards rapidly disappearing, this sort of outrageous mockery is but a step or two away from some form of 'acceptance' ..

No, marrying dogs is not legal here !!! Whether that'll always be the case, who knows.

I think I see where the "let Jim handle it" line exists. Otherwise I would have responded with an 1854 metallurgically altered LARGE CENT. I don't know of she collects coins, but I think she may already have an 1854 LARGE CENT. I think an 1839 might suit you better though if you like LARGE CENTS. They made one variety that year called the BOOBY HEAD LARGE CENT. (However booby meant silly in the parlance of 150+ years ago). Nonethe less Jim I salute you with an 1839 BOOBY HEAD - LARGE CENT.
