I always thought he seemed like a good human being... Well hell, I've defended women I don't even know when they were being beaten by men I didn't even know on over a dozen occasions in my life . Even paid fines and served jail time overnight for doing so. And nobody ever called me a Saint. Helped financially several friends and acquaintances get up on their feet after being released from prison too. What is the next level just below Sainthood maybe I should apply. ;);) --Tyr

Just sayin'... Damn sure agree with you on that!!! Just an old dog that lived a very wild young life and was too damn uncaring about my own safety and life for far too long. I know some power watched over me because nobody should have escaped as relatively unscathed as I did in so many truly desperate and dangerous places and situations. Which is a polite way of saying I only thought back then that it was me and my abilities that kept me above ground. Much older now and know it wasn't me but something else!! Why I haven't a clue since I was by no means an angel myself.. -Tyr

habitual offender? :poke: I guess I was. Every time I saw a man beating a woman I thought what if that were my sister or mother? I'd want some guy standing around to help the helpless woman. So stuck my big nose in trying to stop the guy and wouldn't you know it they tend to start trying to beat my ass for stopping them. Ungrateful bastards. Never been one to just let any human on earth just slap me around so I always quickly lowered the boom on their sorry asses . You know, show 'em what it feels like. Kinda give 'em a little insight into how the poor helpless woman was just feeling a few moments prior! I on several occasions defended old men like that too. Once lost my very best friend doing that(a high price because I loved him like a brother ). A man can not abandon his principles. --Tyr
