Yes even in a place like Chicago we have laws and this Judge is trying to do what our Gov. won't, live by them. Let's face it the guns being used in crimes there are not being bought legally anyway , in fact if more law abiding citizens armed themselves and protected themselves in Chicago I bet crime would drop.
A federal district court judge in Chicago ruled Monday that the city’s ban on gun sales is unconstitutional.
In a 35-page opinion, Judge Edmond E. Chang from the Northern District of Illinois wrote that the city’s law “goes too far.” Chang was appointed by President Obama in 2010.
