Wow is this guy full of himself, now he will decide what pictures may be published :laugh: Talk about Micro Managing .







A photographer from the New York Times (NYT) has a stack of pictures that were taken at official events at the White House involving President Obama; however these pictures are not allow (http://www.usatoday.com/story/theoval/2013/11/21/obama-white-house-photographers-correspondents-association/3662677/) to be made public.
Indeed, it has become obvious that “journalists are routinely being denied the right to photograph or videotape the President while he is performing his official duties.”

I'm pretty sure that legally they can't to shit to those that take or publish photos.

I think you are right , I now with any type of picture sent into a magazine as long as the picture was of someone of age and it was taken in public it is fair game , now if it was taken in private then you must have a release form signed , so if that is correct anything he does while conducting official business should be fair game, but that doesn't mean this administration has to like it and that can cause a lot of trouble for ya .
