A long time ago, a famous President made a comment about how liberal governments treat business:
"Government's view of the economy could be summed up in a few short phrases: If it moves, tax it. If it keeps moving, regulate it. And if it stops moving, subsidize it." - Ronald Reagan
Though his description came almost thirty nears before the enactment of Obamacare and its litany of vilification, restrictions, lies, retractions, and subsidies on insurance companies, he predicted them almost perfectly.
