Judge: Release 'Internet kill switch' plans

This is just what this administration needs to really drop this Country to its knee's .Hopefully the courts will shut it down before they have a chance to try it out .





A federal judge has ruled that the U.S. government’s “Internet kill switch,” a plan to deactivate wireless communications networks in a crisis, is not protected by secrecy laws and must be disclosed to the public.
The ruling on SOP 303 – the Department of Homeland Security’s Standard Operating Procedure – comes from U.S. District Court Judge James Boasberg (http://epic.org/foia/EPICvDHS-SOP303-Opinion.pdf) in Washington.

Such power over our free speech rights with such an easy and quick method to negate those rights should not be allowed into any one person's hands especially a politician. Last time I checked every President has been a politician.. With the modern crop of Presidents being by far the most untrustworthy of them all!! I couldn't agree more , the man just apologized for his lies in a lying kind of way and then we want to hand him the keys to a military machine ? Hell isn't one of the liberal arguments on gun control is the Constitution was writing back before we had all these new weapons ? So citizens ( law abiding people ) should use a Musket but Obama and his henchmen will use tanks .
