In Annapolis, it seems the (D) controlled city council is unhappy that an R won the election for Mayor, so they are looking at removing all the Mayors power.

I understand you are just trolling, but in your troll you show a massive amount of ignorance. What happens when a (D) get's back in power? Re-instate the mayoral powers? Or just change government forever because they didn't win? These are precedent setting actions that you might not like so much if it was done the other way around.
