I read the study. It made me laugh out loud. There is so much flawed logic contained in there it boggles the mind. For example, the study makes much of white gun owners vice blacks. Could it be that white gun owners are more likely to follow current law and register their firearms, obtain concealled carry permits and otherwise remain legal as opposed to black gun owners who may be less likely to purchase a firearm legally and remain within the constraints of current gun laws? I am not saying that is the case, I am merely pointing out that the data presented in the study relies on information from those under study (i.e., LEGAL gun owners). The study mentions the disporpotionate number of blacks subject to gun violence while failing to mention that most of that gun violence is purpetrated by blacks.

I am merely pointing out that just because a "study" is published does not mean it is not flawed. Yet there are those who will believe anyhting they read as long as it supports their preconceived notions. Right, Gabby?
