Blue and White Checkerboard Screen????

The other day I logged into my bank account and half of the screen showed up in blue and white checkerboard squares. Could not get it to go away even after logging out and then logging back on. Since then it pops up off and on when I go from screen to screen.

Has anyone here experienced this, and if so, what needs to be done to fix it?

Sassy. I've seen it happen too! But it was after I changed the size of the YOUTUBE screens. It looked like a signal breakup, something like you'd see on tv, with cable, or satellite loss of signal.
Only happened a couple times. Not permanent.
