actually most states have a $10 state non-driver ID, as well. plus you need ID to purchase an assault weapon legally, so I don't see the issue here.

Dragon the article said in some states you don't need any ID to buy a gun I thought at this point no matter where you bought it you had to have that background check unless of course it was a private sale, I know in any state I have lived you at least had to have ID to purchase a gun but as of late I have been a foot in my mouth here and there so I wasn't going top jump to any conclusion :laugh:
