May Allah accept our prayers, forgive our sins and our shortcomings, and bring us a clearer understanding of the complex world we are living in.
In this month of fasting, we try to cleanse the soul, avoid nastiness and arguments and try to be more charitable and heal past wrongs.
Ramadan Kareem!

May you and your family have a blessed month Jafar.
May Allah and his Prophet (may peace be upon him) grant you good fortune and renewed spirit.

Ramadan was delayed a day here, something to do with the moon, so today is the first day here. No way I'm interested in fasting and what not - but I can go along with asking God for forgiveness for our sins and shortcomings.
I hope you have a great month, Jafar. May you find that cleansing and make yourself a better person as a result. Healing past wrongs is something I have to do on a monthly basis. :)
Best wishes, and hang in there when the heat gets to you, and stay safe. I don't think I could go a single day without hydration, let alone 30 day times.

All well and good, Jafar.
I wondered if you had any predictions for us as to how certain organisations will conduct themselves during Ramadan ?
Al Qaeda, say. Or Hezbollah. Or ... even .. Hamas ..
Should they remain peaceful during this period .. all good. Then, they might try extending that, to ... always ?
Just a thought, you understand.

Same to you Jafar. Even though there is a lot of disagreement on the board we should all always be respectful of others. Best wishes for Ramadan!!!:thumb:
