Mine still works, but it's getting harder and harder to locate the function keys at the top! :laugh2:

You use your function keys as cigarette holders? That's not what they meant by "function" keys. Do you also use the DVD tray as a cup holder? Just asking.

Never! I saw this on a funny pictures site and thought I would claim it as my own. Even when I did smoke you never would have saw that. I hate anything at all being on my keyboard. I have 2 cans of compressed air right here and am always putting the air on the keyboard to get the dust off.
What concerns me more, if you look behind this guys keyboard, behind the pack of cigarettes, appears to be a baked potato still in the foil?

It's necessary to weigh the cost of a keyboard versus a can of air:
And yes, there's a Microcenter in Westchester.
Keyboard: $3.99

Can of Air: $4.99

Reminds me of this old thing:
True story from a Novell NetWare Sysop:
Caller: "Hello, is this Tech Support?"
Tech: "Yes, it is. How may I help you?"
Caller: "The cup holder on my PC is broken and I am within my warranty period. How do I go about getting that fixed?"
Tech: "I'm sorry, but did you say a cup holder?"
Caller: "Yes, it's attached to the front of my computer."
Tech: "Please excuse me. If I seem a bit stumped, it's because I am. Did you receive this as part of a promotional at a trade show? How did you get this cup holder?
Caller: It came with my computer. I don't know anything about a promotion. It just has '4X' on it."
At this point, the Tech Rep had to mute the caller because he couldn't stand it. He was laughing too hard. The caller had been using the load drawer of the CD-ROM drive as a cup holder and snapped it off the drive.

Yep, great place to shop! And I got my air at CVS, I believe it was a 2-pack for like $16 bucks! I should probably grab a few of those KB's next time I go there, can't hurt to have some spares for that cheap. I like the one I have though, it's washable! Also $40

The trick is using it as a cup holder WITHOUT breaking it! Unless it's not yours, then who cares? Some people use the DVD tray as a cup holder out of stupidity; others use out of chutzpa.

When I first got into networking at the law firm I worked at, we used Novell and I was pretty good on the administration side, and building and prepping the servers. Now I barely hear the name Novell or Netware anymore. Another funny story, which the law firm and novell reminded me of - I had a program I installed on a friends computer back then, and then sitting remotely I was able to have his CD drive open. That was hilarious! It was even funnier when he replaced the cdrom and it still happened!

Anyone who owns, or even has such a keyboard...REALLY?...
Follow these instructions.
Get your phone, or cell-phone.
Dial 911. And report a Fire.
If you haven't burned your home down by now.
Stand-by, and....Don't forget to make sure your Insurance is up-to-date.
If you do have such a keyboard. Nobody ever has to guess what the rest of your place looks like...ever again.
