A few troubling things coming out of the so called bi-partisan bill. Not only are employers who hired illegals exempt, but there are loopholes for them to get welfare.
AWESOME

Employers who have allowed illegal immigrants to work off the books can come forward safely and provide their work history without fear of prosecution, and businesses that knowingly employed someone using a bogus or stolen Social Security (http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2013/apr/29/immigration-bill-grants-amnesty-employers-illegals/#) number likewise would get a pass, according to an analysis of the bill by the Center for Immigration Studies (http://www.washingtontimes.com/topics/center-for-immigration-studies/),

Senate Budget Committee ranking member Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL) uncovered this loophole in the bill and many others, and he will circulate a memo detailing the gaps in the bill on Tuesday.
If the bill were signed into law, America’s 11 million illegal immigrants would be legalized within six months, when Department of Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano submits her border security plan (http://www.breitbart.com/Big-Government/2013/04/29/Exclusive-Immigration-bill-would-load-immediate-fiscal-burden-onto-state-local-governments-by-allowing-illegal-immigrants-onto-welfare#) to Congress. Illegal immigrants would immediately be eligible for Registered Provisional Immigrant (RPI) status, making them legal to live and work in the country.
As Sessions’ staff points out in the memo, “state laws frequently extend benefits to anyone ‘lawfully present’ in the U.S.” The Sessions team points to a Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) brief (http://aspe.hhs.gov/hsp/11/ImmigrantAccess/Eligibility/ib.shtml) that details how the only requirement many state and local governments have with regard to immigrant access (http://www.breitbart.com/Big-Government/2013/04/29/Exclusive-Immigration-bill-would-load-immediate-fiscal-burden-onto-state-local-governments-by-allowing-illegal-immigrants-onto-welfare#) to public benefits is that they are “lawfully present.” The term “lawfully present” is a legal definition (http://www.uscis.gov/ilink/docView/SLB/HTML/SLB/0-0-0-1/0-0-0-11185/0-0-0-11549/0-0-0-12296.html).
I've already written Rubio and McCain, although I don't think they actually read or care about anything they get from the voters.
