tom green is my hero now... I think a lot of people don't even give it a chance because of the way he used to act on television, it wasn't some people's cup o' tea... I wasn't a huge fan, I mean it was funny but it got old fast, this new show he has however is the best show on television, even though it's only on the internet and totally free... he's mellowed out and who knew he was actually a really cool really nice guy... everyone who loves any sort of comedy needs to go to tomgreen.com today.

It IS good - and the curry Mayo MAKES the dinner.

Here's what we do:

Flank Steak(s) marinated in the following:

About a 1/4 cup of Soy Sauce, A few chopped cloves of garlic, Ground pepper, a few tablespoons of brown sugar, teaspoon of ginger, 2 tbl spoons of water, and a tbl-spoon or so of Olive oil.

Let it sit at least an hour.

The fondue is 1 can of French-onion soup, and we add another can-full of beef broth (We use "Better-that-bullion" beef base), heated.

After the steak marinates, we trim it, and cut it into cubes and plate it. Each piece boils for about 1-2 minutes.

The curry Mayo is like this:

Cup (+/-) of Mayo, and we use a Curry paste, seasoned to taste, whisked in. I prefer it a bit spicy.

Buy a package of Thai-flavored noodles and you'd be set.
