The Supreme Court announced Monday it would include a Michigan law that would bar public universities from considering race as an admissions factor in its review of affirmative action in higher education.
The high court is already considering whether the University of Texas violated the constitutional guarantee of equal protection with its affirmative action program. In that case, the justices are considering a challenge to the university’s program, which factors in race to fill open spots in its freshman class. The Texas case has been argued before the justices but not yet decided.

I think we are well past the time where admissions, or hiring, should be race based.

Marcus. Hopefully. This will be that long awaited OPEN DOOR the American people have been waiting to enter. As in. Finally being presented with honest, sincere opportunities to actually, and in civil tones. The forbidden, third rail discussions of race, and discrimination that this nation's politicians depend upon to PREVENT any, and all common sense conversations by other than Black Americans.

It may just be the moment in time when people like Jesse Jackson, and Al Sharpton get their weapons taken away from them, and their PROFIT MARGIN begins to decrease on the backs of Good Black Americans who are no longer fooled, or tricked into waiting for the LBJ "GREAT SOCIETY" to finally evolve, and become a reality.
It's a start. As long as Obama and company keep their Hypocrite Noses out of the discussion.

Hopefully, but definitely not something we should all expect. Obamacare should have been overturned as well too.
