Yea, another @#$&*$ winter storm is heading my way. I wish the hell global warming would take over as I am sick of the cold, snow, and ice. BTW how many of you thought I was talking about Virgil aka Maineman? Did I have some of you going for a minute? :laugh2:

We had the same 'weather watches' a few days ago, so far we've only flurries, but they are sticking, (pun intended), with perhaps an inch of slushy snow.

The United states has several distinct climates which is why when Democrats spew that the USA was the hottest on record, it makes no sense. We in CA can use a bit more snow whereas it appears you on the east may have more than you want or think is normal. Last year we had too much snow.

Look at my statement this way.

Say you are in a store. Part of the store on a very hot day lost it's air conditioning.

Part is normal and the AC works fine.

They have a large part that is for meat so it is fully refrigerated.

So, if one says the entire building is the hottest of record, it makes no sense. Two parts of it are normal.

Like the real Virgil, Winter Storm Virgil did not live up to all the hype (at least here) alot of snow fell but little stuck to the roads. This morning all the snow is gone.

and like the real Virgil, the storm is gone and will never be back
