It is rather ironic that a lot of job postings are so exclusive in their wording that NOBODY qualifies for them. What is even worse than that is finding out after you have applied, thinking that you have met many (if not all) of their prerequisites, you find out that the job you applied for (that required a Masters Degree and 10 years experience) was for some menial position that really only required the brain capacity to walk and chew gum at the same time. Oh, by the way, the salary offered for the lofty position with the MA/experience requirement was barely above minimum wage. Yeah, that will bring in the talent!
