Heard on the news tonite...15 days into the year and there have been 25 murders in Chicago...21 with a gun. And the poser-in-chief during his photo-op today said, "If only one life is saved"...just think of the thousands that we could save with a ban on automobiles.

I have a funny feeling that as this country regresses, we will move through several forms of government which will eventually end in anarchy (right after tyranny). We now have an elite ruling class which soon turn themselves into royalty. Of course, we all know that only nobility are the only ones allowed to carry weapons. The royalty shall deteremine what the peasants can and cannot eat and only the royalty can be educated. Also, the royalty will tell the peasants how, when and where they can worship too. They will also deteremne who lives and dies. All of this with the full force of the "government" behind them. It is their "divine right", after all!
