Trying to get up the energy to get on the road to AZ, via Tehachapi to visit with sis. The weather has been horrendous ... I-5 closed due to snow. I think I'll have to wait another day and leave on Sunday. Have to leave on Sunday no matter what ... daughter's surgery is Wed AM.

Thanks Acorn....but I need to take I-5 down to 58 and up over through Tehachapi so I can visit with my sister, Ann on my way to AZ. I plan to go through Barstow and then to Parker. After Parker will head down to I-10 to Tucson.

However, my friend is also on his way back to AZ ... he's going down 101 to Temecula to visit. I'll have him honk on his way through!!!

Sister said it was 28 in Tehachapi today .... AZ is looking better and better.
