Yeah, this more of a thing where they want to be sure they don't get sued, be cause everyone sues Walmart.

Its still stupid, because it won't stop any crimes.

Perhaps you're right; but not prima facie. I understood it to mean that one person couldn't buy them out, so more customers could buy ammo. I totally understand that too; they're almost always picked over in the ammo dept-- of course, steel shot .410 pheasant loads are there,:laugh:
