Here's two recent examples (taken from Private Eyes 'Street of shame') as to why i don't understand why people would financially support the Mail.

“Lady Liberty! Teenager Elle Fanning shows off her womanly curves as she pays homage to New York statue… The 14-year-old took to Instagram to share a photograph of her Halloween outfit and wasn’t afraid to flaunt her curves on camera.”

"Elle was a posing professional,” the story continued, “as she wore a metallic maxi dress which looked rather demure at first glance. Although it covered up her chest are and thighs, the design featured a high split which allowed her to pop her leg out of the side. When she turned around, flesh was on show as the cut0out material scooped to just above her derriere and featured clasps which fastened at the centre of her neck”

....i mean, there's a good argument against arguments about 'poisoned water wells', but all the same - is this this kinda publication you want to be financially supporting?
These are but two recent examples, but go on the mail website and you will find dozens of similar articles about 14/15 year old girls, pics included of course.

I've ended up reading stories off the site on occasion, but I certainly don't support them financially, or any other media outlet. Although, I suppose traffic to sites can be considered supporting them.

the mail is one of those papers that every blue moon gets a good story.
It's not anywhere near penthouse/playboy magazine but similar in the sense that it's main focus is not real news. playboy is porn with a serious news from time to time. the Mail is gossip, and bubble gum celebrity and low brow titillation stories with serious news on the side.

I don't pay for any of them but, sometimes you have to give the devil his due.
Especially when the MSM is so bad in general, you have to go through the garbage some times to find real info.

FWIW, I admit to being a celeb junkie. I read various crap sites daily to get my fill of sensationalism. I also used to be a big reader of The National Enquirer and Star papers!

that's funny.

I almost bought a star or enquirer when they had pics of then president Clinton shaking hands with aliens. That was just to funny. But I got my fill of celebrity news from Entertainment Tonight TV for years but finally was even done with that.

But you know the old saying , "politics is show business for ugly people".

You know he really did meet aliens, right? I mean, if it weren't true, then how could these papers get away with publishing it? :poke:

Oh, and Michael Jackson, Tupac, Elvis and JFK are all still alive!

I don't see how the Daily Mail differs from the Sun or the Mirror. Apparently the Brits enjoy the tabloid media.

New Yorkers must enjoy it as well, since the Post and Daily News qualify as tabloids in their approach.
