Greenhut is spot on. I don't understand the electorate here. They'll pass anything as long as it requires that everyone shoots themselves in the foot.
Being a Republican in the state congress has to be the best job in the country now. It's not like they were all that productive before but now...jeez. Just walk into the office, relax all day and get paid. There's nothing else for them to do at this point.
