It also means. For the very first time in our History. There is a possibility that Joe Biden could become the first Democratic VP to a Republican President Romney.

The House of Representatives must vote on the Tie in December, and if the Senate remains Democrat Majority. Biden becomes the Tie Breaking vote for a Democrat senate.

Wait until all of the OBAMA FANS walking around with their FREE Cell phones find out.
