Can I also ask that if a foreign army occupied the USA, and killed your family members, how many relatives or long would it take for you to join the resistance against them?

I bet it would be below 10,000 had it not been for terrorists and idiots hiding out amongst civilians. Americans are NOT targeting civilians and never have in Iraq. And if a foreign army came into my country, to get rid of a dictator that was killing my fellow citizens and running afoul of international inspections and making a mockery of the USA, I would welcome the army with open arms.

Most of those deaths were the fault of the jihadist who were blowing up market places to create a division between the shia and the sunni. Civilian deaths by American troops were few and never on purpose. Al qeada, fahadeen fighters and military disguised as civilians made up the majority of the casualties in iraq.
