A freshman Cadet decided to ask if it was ok to talk about politics around ROTC.
I told him it was unadvisable, because the last thing you want is to have the guy watching your back hate you for your views.
And one of the juniors said, "as long as your not a republican it doesn't matter what you say about politics."
If you want to guess, that didn't go over very well, and there may have been a few bad things thrown out. (not to worry, i sat in the back and didn't say a word about the moron in office, or my views)
