They were very prominent when George Bush was in office. They were continually camped out in front of the White House, protesting any and all war actions. I'm certainly not going to search around for them to see what they're up to, but it's odd that I would even need to. Are they now a defunct group? With Obama still keeping thousands and thousands of troops in Afghanistan, and the deaths still piling up, why has Code Pink, or even all the other activists, seemingly disappeared? No more consistent interrupting of meetings and speeches over and over?

Cindy Sheehan? I am to understand she is still against any wars. Why is she not on the nightly news at least once per week like she was when GW was in office? Has she been camping out at places that Obama likes to stay at, or his vacation spots?

I'm honestly confused as to where all of these activists disappeared to. It's odd, very odd.

I am thinking that the anti-war folks are all hanging out with the homeless vets (who are busy taking care of all the poor kids living in the US) for the time being. I fully expect that they will reappear whenever they are needed to browbeat the American voter into electing another lib to the presidency.

I suppose that some really cynical folks might say that most of the recent crop of anti-war people were really just "anti-Republican".

I was on a flight leaving Havana and saw a number of Code Pink members. It makes me wonder if they get training there.

Because they think Bush went to war for oil in order to fill his pockets and that Obama inherited the war and just can't figure a way out. Some of those Code Pink people are so violent in the anti-violence protests.

If vagina's looked like that we would all be in big trouble. I know that I'm not out on the prowl anymore but my memory doesnt recall seeing anything like that because if it did I would not have had any ex-wives . :laugh:-TZS
