My weight at one point was 75, then ballooned to 145, that was 3 years ago. I'm at about 105 and trying to say that's good, to myself.

Yet I find myself going overboard on the excercise now that I'm feeling better. I know I'm being a bit too careful on what I'm buying, when even my dad is noticing that other than meat, it's 'low fat.' I can't imagine if I were 25...
