Scammers committing a particularly painful form of identity theft (http://www.debatepolicy.com/#) appear to have hit on just the right formula to trick thousands of victims: A punishing heat wave, large utility bills, a bad economy and a good story.

The criminals have been marching across the country, making their way from state to state, persuading victims that a special federal government assistance program -- sometimes described as a bailout authorized by President Barack Obama's administration -- is available to pay their utility bills. Victims are given bank account and routing numbers to use when paying their bills online, but only after they "register" by surrendering their Social Security (http://www.debatepolicy.com/#) numbers and other personal information.

Why shouldn't the easily led, the gullible, the worshipers of Everything Obama fall for the tricks?
After all. They believed Obama that night he gave them a great Speech, telling them how HOPE and CHANGE would instantly change their lives. Even to the point where most of us listened to several Easily Led, Easily Convinced Black American ladies who CRIED as they heard Obama tell them...he would pay for their gasoline, and their mortgage with......(LISTEN TO THIS).....Obama Money!

Agreed Nell. But all anyone needs to do is see, or listen to those people who were crying after Obama all but promised them THE MOON, and all of the STARS.

Sadly. Our nation is full of Americans who honestly have no idea what is taking place. And we all know by now. Those same Americans who voted for Obama were predominantly Black, and swore they would elect a Black man...whether he had a Body temperature and a Brain, or not.

They were convinced that ALL OF THE WRONGS their ancestors went through as Slaves...was finally being corrected with a man who Managed to FOOL them, and convince them he was SMARTER than anyone else on Earth...as long as he could sing, play B-Ball, and Call them..."HIS PEOPLE", even if he hated them.

This scam is still being played and as far as scams go was pretty damn clever even hiring unknowing people to go door to door. I'm sure that of the people played some were dems and the rest repubs. All gullible, uniformed, or greedy and like most scams are also aimed towards senior citizens who are the largest group that scams claim as victims.
