It's surprising what small variety of currency circulates up there. Five-Tens-Twenties-coins are about it. Very rarely do you ever see 50s or 100s.

Might as well do the same in the U.S. It costs about 2.5 cents to make 1 penny and about 10 cents to make a nickel. Maybe even get rid of coins completely and replace them with paper versions. It only costs 5 cents make a dollar bill.

^ That's really funny, because it demonstrates our Treasury's fiscal policy to a T.
Kind of a side note; I was thinking, what will I throw into fountains if they take pennies away; then I remember I was at Disneyland and there was a dollar bill in a fountain.
