If the mandate will be anything like the current mandate here in Massachusetts, that would mean refusing to file your tax returns. If you choose to do this, please tell us your inmate number so we can take up a collection and send you a JPay that you can use in your commissary account.

If 50 million people were willing to go to prison over this, they wouldnt be able to arrest everybody.
