I just voted here in Ohio.:2up: As of this morning Romney and Santorum were neck and neck in the polls,altho a couple of weeks ago Santorum had a huge lead.

I have no idea what Newt is thinking. He has zero chance.

And VA. They had some weird rules regarding getting on the ballot which many of the campaigns failed to meet.

I'm in VA the rules aren't wierd you just have to have a petition with enough VA signitures to get you on the ballot at by a well known date. Newt And Santorum didn't have enough of a local machine or grass roots support to get the sigs.

I can't understand why the socially conservative southern states of South Carolina and Georgia are going Gingrinch. instead of Santorum or Paul.

Gingrinch is not a poster boy for conservative values, and is a one worlder, and Santorum is as much of a hawk so I don't get the attraction.

Maybe not "weird" but more lawsuits than your average state primary. There was some chicanery.

the lawsiuts came after Newt couldn't get his backers to get the enough names to get him on the ballot then he wanted to change the rules after the fact.

Only VA residents can collect sigs Newt didn't like that. No Chicanery on the states elections part here, just bad organization on Newts and Santorums.
