There is no reason to reject Keystone other than to get the ECO-vote.
If Obama wins the election, this will magically reappear as a great idea by the Democrats.

If the Canadians don't renegotiate with another country. Last I heard, they're drilling, it's going to happen, and they're going to refine it, and they don't give a damn if we want to make half a country some eco-preserved national park.
It's just another move by the Kommisar to keep people down and increasingly dependent on the Federal Government.
