Obama has appointed Jeffrey D. Zients to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB)
Considering Mr. Zients spent time at Bain & Co, what is the political strategy behind this move? If Romney becomes the Republican candidate, doesn't this take out a major attack Obama can make against Romney and what he did at Bain? Is Obama doing this to court conservatives by employing a guy from a company with experience in streamlining companies to make them more profitable in order to do the same with Gov't agencies? I'm not sure what to make of this one.
