I have been going all these years with signs and symptoms, but today I finally did something about it. Honestly it was confirming what I already knew deep down, but didn't want to admit or confront. But there is hope! I can survive this and actually be better than before. There are others out there like me and I have seen them overcome this problem and then some! Like them, I will persevere!!
But baby-steps for me... I have to take on this challenge one step at a time.
Today I will take the next step and say:
I, too, suffer from white-girl disease, the number one killer of rhythm.
My first Zumba class this morning was the proverbial microscope and slide.
I did have a lot of fun though!:thumb:
