I Have Smoked My Last Cigarette

About 2 months ago my GF gave me 2 E-Cigarettes and asked my to try them. She explained how they were much cheaper then real cigs (even cheaper then the ones I buy on-line at a duty free shop)

She also gave me a bottle of Menthol drops so I get the flavor I am use to

I smiled and said I would try it. I left them in my desk and continued to smoke the same brand I have smoked for over 30 years

Well, as my supply of More Menthols decreased I tried it and left my remaining pack of smokes in the car. Mostly due to the increased price of my brand I saw on-line

Let it never be said I do not admit when I am wrong - but I was on this one

These E-Cigarettes are great. While it is not exacty what I am used to, I am getting used to it. No ashes, no buring holes in my clothes of furniture, and no smoke odor

I can also grab quick smoke in the bathroom at work since only water vapor is released

My Dr should be pleased when I tell him this afternoon I have given up the More's

My GF is also very happy as well. She went with the E-Cigarette after many years of smoking as well. When I see her this weekend I will buy more of the Menthol drops from her frined who sells them and the E-Cigarettes

Thanks LR. I went to the Dr yesterday and my BP has never been better

120/80 - and the Dr was very happy with that and the news I have switched to the E-Cig

you would need something more powerful than an ecig to perform that service.....nicotine has a much lower boiling point so can be evaporated by a battery fired electrical charge......"other substances" require a hotter source, such as a butane flame heater.....

Thanks Chloe. My Dr was happy that I finally gave up the real cigs and had the biggest smile when he took the BP

For years, my BP was topping out close to 180 to 200 no matter what meds he put me on. Now with the combination of meds and no cigs I guess the BP is finally under control

well, there is a style of ecig known as the "pen style", so that's a clue.....does it break down into three parts, the battery, the atomizer and the cartridge?..........

not a good plan, actually.....they've already started an ecig division and will probably be the first tobacco company to come out with a retail kit.........
