Hack alert, hack alert. Ann Althouse, whose blog precipitated the intro and op, is a pure and simple unapologetic rightwing hack and I wouldn't take much of what she says as anything beyond a hateful and untruthful opinion. But she and her followers are certainly entitled to that!!!!! This is Amurika!

I never said she wrote it, Kath. You've already told us that Shouting Thomas said it and I found that he said it in a comment to one of her fits of throwing red meat to the vicious dogs of today's conservative population. Any cursory look at her spewings indicate the truthfulness of what I say here.
I suppose the teabaggers had and have your support as they do the same and worse? I wonder how many of those "white kids" as you call them are packing heat? I've looked at a bunch of footage and the only ones I see with heat and other weapons intended for stifling the first amendment rights of the protesters and doing so with MY tax dollars are policepersons.

Logical Fallacy. You attack the messenger as a way to distract from the message / so to avoid addressing the message.
It's like this (this is an EXAMPLE, PB. By "Example" i mean it's a verbal illustration of what your reply is LIKE, it is not saying you said this, okay? Just to be sure, I asked my 9 year old if he understood the difference of 'example' or associative illustration. He understood, so I think you MAY not fly off the handle):
Anybody: "Hitler says the sky is blue"
Psychoblues: "Hitler?? You are quoting HITLER??? Why would you believe such a shitbag??"
You clearly enjoy attacking the source of a message so you don't have to debate the facts contained IN the message.

Another point of order. A riot isn't a peaceful demonstration simply because YOU declare it so. Also , as much as you prefer they didn't. I happen to think the police are obligated to watch over such a large event to make sure things don't get out of hand. As much to protect the "protesters" as to protect society from them.
Oh, one other thing. Your plan of using large words in order to try to make yourself look more intelligent than you are is clearly backfiring. Half the time you use the wrong words, and the other half of the time you use them in ways that just don't make sense. Your posting MIGHT be more effective if you just tried to post your opinions without trying to impress anyone with a fake eloquence.

It's all par for the course around here, *******. If you want to end attacks on the messengers I propose you make it a rule. How do you think you can enforce that? Ann Althouse is still a crazy assed hack and a demonstration is not a riot just because you or she or other hacks may say it is. The teabaggers? Now they had riots and packed heat and tried to intimidate anyone that disagreed with them and they continue to pull their bullying bullshit wherever possible. I may address a legit subject but I refuse to go along with blatant lies from a known hateful hack. I hope this clears up my position with you, dimpals, but I can make it clearer if you still aren't getting it.
I still call bullshit on your kid story. You really ought to be ashamed. And, if you'll start acting like and adult in these regards and conversations I will reconsider my very innocent nicknames for you. You really are the touchy and weak one in this instance. I get called all kinds of names. Sometimes I bitch and sometimes I don't. Sometimes I simply return the name calling but I never ever neg anyone for those infractions. In fact, for all practical purposes I don't neg anyone at all but I have gotten weak on a few occasions and my neg button over rode my better intents and purposes here.

I never even intimated that you couldn't find a few instances of dumbassedness, jimbo. But how do you know that isn't just another staged event by deranged reichwingers trying to horn in on the media's attention or just create havoc in an otherwise peaceful demonstration of disgust and disdain for Wall Street, our governments involvement with Wall Street and First Amendment rights? I hate to get into the, "well, you did it, too" argument but that's exactly what we hear from reichwingers all the time. Once again, the teabaggers. Do I need to say more?

I've seen nothing but violence and antagonizing by protesters in EVERY video I've seen thus far but one. I don't think I've seen any instances at all of tea party protesters attacking or antagonizing the police, and where are the hundreds of arrests like is taking place in NY? And the villain they are protesting against is the faceless rich. It's all the fault of the rich, everyone should hate the rich. They don't name names, they don't point out who these rich are. It's all just the rich.
The silly protesters and liberals in general don't bother to look around. The ones calling for these demonstrations and organizing them are "rich". All the washington big wheels and shit stirrers are "rich". They need a faceless enemy to blame and stir up the people. It helps keep the people from looking at the real problem causers. The "rich" that are running the show. A face will be necessary very soon. And that face will be the Jews. Rich Jews are the cause of everything, is what will be the next propaganda move, and the media will fall right in line with it.

Why Liberaltarianism is Doomed
Posted By Ed Driscoll On October 7, 2011 @ 2:35 pm In Bobos In Paradise,Capitalism, the Unknown Ideal,Liberal Fascism,The Future and its Enemies,The New Puritans,The Return of the Primitive,War And Anti-War
In the emailed version (http://visitor.constantcontact.com/manage/optin/ea?v=001RgvbKVLa7a5BY3s-bMhqwQ%3D%3D) of the G-File today, Jonah Goldberg explores how the Occupy Wall Street gang is yet another example of why the fusion of liberalism and libertarianism (remember those arguments (http://pajamasmedia.com/eddriscoll/2009/03/07/now-online-the-latest-pjm-political-visits-the-maureen-dowd-memorial-home-for-the-disillusioned-pundit/) from 2007 and 2008?) are doomed:
If you never followed the debates over liberaltarianism, you can read this (http://tinyurl.com/6hz3deg), this (http://tinyurl.com/6bhg8ja), or this (http://tinyurl.com/38o6aut), or this (http://tinyurl.com/6fs27uv), or this (http://tinyurl.com/63os9op), or this (http://tinyurl.com/vqvn9) for a primer.
But the gist of it goes like this. There are libertarians who really hate conservatism and/or the Republican party. They like liberals for one reason or another. Therefore, they want to dissolve the conservative-libertarian marriage and get the libertarians and liberals hitched instead.
Well, what’s sort of fascinating about the Occupy Wall Street/Tea Party comparison is how much overlap there is between their complaints. Scrape off the 31 different kinds of Marxist mold growing on the surface of the 99 Percenters, hose off the stench of urine, bong water, and failure, and you’ll find a complaint that many Tea Partiers can appreciate: disgust at corporate bailouts, crony capitalism, and economic mismanagement.
That’s a major swath of agreement. The problem? The 99 Percenters’ proposed solutions and the Tea Partiers’ are absolutely incompatible with each other. The 99 Percenters aren’t against taxpayer bailouts — why would they be? They don’t pay much in taxes — they’re just against taxpayer bailouts of the wrong constituencies. After all, if Obama somehow forgave their student loans tomorrow, most of them would go home happy. They want debt forgiveness — and that’s a bailout. Meanwhile, the Tea Parties formed in no small part because, as Rick Santelli put it, taxpayers didn’t want to pay for their neighbors’ mortgages.
It’s really intriguing how the policy differences are informed by cultural differences. The twentysomethings haven’t paid much, if anything, in taxes and have received more than they’ve given. The Tea Partiers tend to be older and have spent a lot of time paying into the system. They resent paying for handouts. The Occupy Wall Streeters resent not getting them. And their definition of greed is not merely wanting to keep your own money, but resisting when others try to take it from you.
That’s a huge, huge difference.
Anyway, libertarians may be culturally “progressive,” but they aren’t economically. The protesters’ answer to the problem is more government and more bailouts, even as they trot out prefab arguments about self-sufficiency and getting away from materialism. (“We can charge our iPhones with generators made from, and running on, 100 percent renewable hemp!”) And yet somehow, the libertarians can’t explain to them that the reason government and big business are in bed together is that the government keeps intruding into business. Libertarianism is the answer, but these people refuse to ask the right questions.
It’s a shame that the libertarians can’t better exploit this as a teaching moment. But that’s just it, they can’t. Because psychologically, culturally, and intellectually, the Left is always going to be economically statist and egalitarian. Why? Because that’s what it means to be left-wing.
Libertarianism and leftism are — and here comes the vocab word of the day — incompossible worldviews for the simple reason that one simply means the opposite of the other.
As Kathy Shaidle wrote in 2004 when the majority of post-9/11 “liberal hawks” such as Christopher Hitchens and Andrew Sullivan abandoned GWB for John Kerry (http://pajamasmedia.com/eddriscoll/2010/05/11/the-flight-of-the-intellectuals-continues/):
God love him: [Jeff] Jarvis has literally walked through Manhattan covered in human ashes, and is such a booster of blogs, and seems such a nice fellow. But at the end of the day, he’s a Boomer. And he and his liberal cohort are convinced Bush is gonna make anal sex illegal or something, so… Kerry it is!
And we saw the same thing played in 2007 and 2008, when Barack Obama’s pants and coolness won out over John McCain’s lifetime of experience. Social issues invariably shortcut logic, just as they’re designed to do.
Incidentally, the other day, Obama declared that America had gotten too soft and too uncompetitive (http://pajamasmedia.com/eddriscoll/2011/09/30/the-soft-machine/). How would he square his (publicly tentative, at least for now) support (http://hotair.com/greenroom/archives/2011/10/06/obama-speaks-out-on-occupy-wall-street-youll-never-guess-how-he-views-them/) of Occupy Wall Street’s trustifarian rebellion with that statement?
Let's try to keep the posts close to the topic? Eh?

Yeah. I suppose that's why so many teabaggers are joining the protests. They're joining the DNC? I think it's more likely that Americans from all political persuasions are just fed up to the ears with political corruption coupled with the Wall Street assaults on the general population and all for the sole purposes of greed and that being manifest in hundreds of directions and places.
There is certainly some collusion happening between the protesters and political entities. Some good, some terrible and filled with lies and contempt. It baffles me as to why there are those that would piss on the American flag and Constitution and not even listen to the grievances of these people, but rather dismiss them as being rioters, thugs, crazies and worse. Actually they are. This is an excessive tax protest, a political corruption protest, an anti-governmental + Wall Street collusion and corporate money in politics protests, all claimed concerns of the teabaggers, so what are you trying to deny?
Maybe you have been swayed by adversarial media? I think so.

Here is a small article that you might be interested in:
http://idealab.talkingpointsmemo.com/2011/10/tea-partiers-turn-tea-party-criticisms-on-occupy-wall-street.php
There are thousands of others but you would probably ignore them as well.
Psychoblues
There are comparisons being made between the Tea Party movement and the Occupy Wall Street protests. Apparently, YOU neglected to read your own evidence. There's nothing in that article suggesting what you claimed when you wrote:
Yeah. I suppose that's why so many teabaggers are joining the protests.
It's not only not true, it's blatantly ridiculous for the reasons I stated.

There are thousands of teabaggers joining the protests and for good reason. They agree with the advocation of low taxes, anti-collusion between Wall Street and the government, governmental and private corruption, just why do you suppose they wouldn't be supportive of the Wall Street Occupation? Maybe they're not "true" teabaggers" or at least not true enough for you. Why aren't YOU there?

You're a lunatic and have not the least knowledge of how a discussion is supposed to take place. You make a claim , back it up with facts, don't ask someone else to prove you're lying.

I asked you for evidence that supports your claim and you posted an article that doesn't say anything about Tea Party members being at the Wall Street protests. A repetition of your BASELESS claim is as useless the second time around as it was the first time. If you have no evidence, just say so. If you have any, now's the time to break it out.

You truly are totally ignorant about what the Tea Party espouses. The Tea Party wants to reduce the SIZE and SCOPE of government and reduce its spending. The Wall Street protesters demands include such nonsense as :
Demand one: Restoration of the living wage.
Demand two: Institute a universal single payer healthcare system.
Demand three: Guaranteed living wage income regardless of employment.
Demand four: Free college education.
Demand five: Begin a fast track process to bring the fossil fuel economy to an end while at the same bringing the alternative energy economy up to energy demand.
Demand six: One trillion dollars in infrastructure (Water, Sewer, Rail, Roads and Bridges and Electrical Grid) spending now.
Demand seven: One trillion dollars in ecological restoration planting forests, reestablishing wetlands and the natural flow of river systems and decommissioning of all of America's nuclear power plants.
Demand eight: Racial and gender equal rights amendment.
Demand nine: Open borders migration. anyone can travel anywhere to work and live.
Demand ten: Bring American elections up to international standards of a paper ballot precinct counted and recounted in front of an independent and party observers system.
Demand eleven: Immediate across the board debt forgiveness for all.
Demand twelve: Outlaw all credit reporting agencies.
Demand thirteen: Allow all workers to sign a ballot at any time during a union organizing campaign or at any time that represents their yeah or nay to having a union represent them in collective bargaining or to form a union.
There isn't anything Tea Party in ANY of that crap.

The pay rate is $350 - $650 a week "dependng on responsibility and length of time on staff"

Psychoblues: Well, everyone knows Bill is a racist, so we can't trust him.
You aren't arguing ANY points - you are merely insulting the person making the claim. You are bringing up something about the author which is irrelevant to any claim they have made.
Poor guy - must be scary to be trapped in your narrow field of view, and on TOP of that, you are allergic to truth and facts.
