Where did you see this? That almost sounds like a racial slur to me.

You'd think a primary concern, at least for your average decent person/American-type, would be the identification of the body and the location of the perpetrators, a concern addressed by specifying race or ethnicity. But I guess for you, PC is the bigger concern. That's pretty remarkable, if you think about it. Not that I've got my hopes up on that.
