Over half a billion being paid out to dead people

THE FEDS are and have been sending checks to the tune of 662 million dollars to people who are dead, some for up to 20 years. I'd bet they are voting too. Anyone have any details?

The govt says the "little" expenditures don't matter.
And I know entitlements are what's really killing us.

BUT it all adds up. Foreign aid to every country and cause....yes, Canada, China, Palestinians..... why are we sending money to these places????
