PORT-OF-SPAIN, Trinidad (AP) - Police in Trinidad and Tobago are investigating a 14-year-old girl for making threatening comments about the Caribbean country's prime minister in an Internet video.

Police Commissioner Dwayne Gibbs says the girl's remarks on YouTube are being looked into.

In the video, the girl makes racial slurs against Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar (KAM-la per-SAD BIH-sess-ur). And she says a sniper should "leave no evidence" in shooting the leader during the government's offensive to dismantle gangs.

I suppose it would be the same concept as if someone made a youtube commenting on Obama and making comments in the same fashion, is that a crime? Probably.

Let's just say the law makes exceptions in the USA for threatening the president. Free speech isn't as free as you might think it would be. Post something like that on youtube about an American president and the secret service would swarm you like flies to sh*t. So to speak. You may not be charged, but you will be greatly inconvenienced.
