Stick it to the rich. They deserve it. Scientific studies say so!
BTW, notice that the definition of "the rich" has fallen to those making $90K/year. Sounds like the leftist fanatics are running short of people to demonize, and have to create more.
Socialism always fails when you start running out of other people's money.

A critical passage in the class warrior tripe of this article: "Because the rich gloss over the ways family connections, money and education helped, they come to denigrate the role of government and vigorously oppose taxes to fund it."
This is ALL they can think of.

They need to start defining "rich" by region.
I have been "rich" a long time but live in Southern California where 90K/year will put you in the middle-middle class.

Pretty soon it will be with anyone with a full time job.
What the kook left will NEVER get is, the so called "rich" already pay a vast majority of the taxes collected. The top 50% pay 97% of the income taxes
Meanwhile the bottom 50% of earners pay a measley 3% of income taxes
While about 50% of the bottom 50% pay ZERO in income taxes
If the libs want to raise taxes, raise them on the bottom 50% and stop giving tax "refunds" to people who do not pay any tax

From the Democrat Dictionary of Duplicity, Diversion, and Deceit:
* "Rich": - You have a job.
* "Filthy Rich": - You have two jobs.
* "Obscenely Rich": - You create jobs.
