Has America become a nation of psychotics? You would certainly think so, based on the explosion in the use of antipsychotic medications. In 2008, with over $14 billion in sales, antipsychotics became the single top-selling therapeutic class of prescription drugs in the United States, surpassing drugs (http://www.imshealth.com/portal/site/imshealth/menuitem.a46c6d4df3db4b3d88f611019418c22a/?vgnextoid=d690a27e9d5b7210VgnVCM100000ed152ca2RCR D) used to treat high cholesterol and acid reflux.

Our poor population just can't say "no" to anything anymore. Is that a symptom of psychosis too ?

IMO, our "poor population" has been convinced it needs WAY more meds than it actually does.

Not that doctors get kickbacks and/or perks from prescribing certain meds. Not too hard to do, actually. Most of the sheeple need excuses for their real or perceived failures in life, and Dr Kildare is right on hand with an explanation and a crutch.

Our population has been taken on every kind of snipe hunt imaginable by those who want our money and control over us. If we cannot say no and defend ourselves no matter what the latest scam is, we're screwed anyway. There is no great protector watching over us.
