The White House (http://www.foxnews.com/topics/politics/white-house.htm#r_src=ramp) has made its case for military action in Libya, saying current involvement there does not rise to the level of hostilities described in the War Powers Resolution. It's not Constitutional and neither is the war powers act.

of course they're not gonna say anything on it. They're using it right now, so they'll wait til the next president not on their "team" is in office.

Fox News only deals in propaganda. They are the Pravda of the Republican party. The only place to get real news of what's going on is from the internet. Fox News' job is to keep America dumbed down with useless trivial bullshit. I don't even turn my TV on except to watch the Animal Channel or Travel Channel.
